Chefs
We require all grades of chefs from Commis through to Chef De Partie. A high level of Fresh Food preparation is essential. The Daffodil is a dedicated and motivated team and the right people would be able to help push our establishment further. Hours are straight and split shifts 48 hours per week. Salary is dependant upon experience.

Bar staff
The new Champagne and Cocktail Circle Bar requires full time bar staff. Cocktail experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. A basic understanding of wine is also preferred.

Receptionist
We also require full time receptionists to manage telephones, liaise between guests and staff and to aid in the general day to day administration of the restaurant.
