We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie who has 2 years previous experience in a similar role (** rosette) to join our progressive kitchen brigade. Candidates must be passionate about food and be able to work a flexible 48 hour week. Salary between 16 and 17k plus gratuity / GP% bonus . Immediate interviews and trials available.

Bar staff

The new Champagne and Cocktail Circle Bar requires full time bar staff. Cocktail experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. A basic understanding of wine is also preferred.
