We are:- an independent, high profile and unique restaurant & bar located in the centre of Cheltenham, looking to recruit a Bar Manager to develop our mezzanine cocktail and champagne bar in addition to overseeing the dispense bar to our 150 cover award winning restaurant.

You will be: - a talented and ambitious Bar Manager who currently works in a similar role or is looking for promotion. Personable and energetic, you possess a strong passion for ensuring the smooth delivery of first class guest focused service. Your wine, cocktail and stock control knowledge is second to none and you enjoy the prospect of leading and developing a close knit team.
