Damon Brown

Damon Brown is one of the UK’s leading jazz trumpet players and composers. Damon has played and toured with many pop artists including Paul Weller, Maxi Priest, the Specials, the Pasadenas, the London Acid Jazz Group, Push and DJ Gilles Peterson. Damon is in big demand all over the world. His warm, fluent style with a fine rhythmic sense has been likened to an amalgam of Blue Mitchell, Clifford Brown and Lee Morgan, and has seen him collaborate with artists including Steve Grossman, Billy Hart, Benny Golson, Dave Liebman, Doug Raney and many more.
