With the arrival of spring we are seeing some of the finest seasonal ingredients on the menu which include English Asparagus Soup with a poached duck egg (layed by Jonathon Crumps ducks and bought in fresh every day), an extremley tender spatchcock poussin and for those with a sweet tooth new season red fruit pavlova.
This month sees the start of Winesday which will take place on the first Wednesday of every month up in the circle bar. The evening is all about tasting fine wines with a different wine specialist accompanied by Hors D'oeuvres which will have been carefully designed to compliment each wine.
