Roy Forbes

Roy Forbes is a Jazz/Soul Singer based in the West Midlands region of the United Kingdom. For many years he was the singer with Jamaican saxophonist Andy Hamilton and his band the Blue Notes. Roy sang on their album entitled "Jamaica By Night".

Kim Cypher

Kim Cypher is one of the most exciting female saxophonists, vocalists and composers in the South West, having developed her own unique ‘funky’ style of saxophone playing, built upon influences by great players such as Gerald Albright, Maceo Parker, Pee Wee Ellis, Andy Sheppard, Dean Fraser, Courtney Pine and Grover Washington. Kim trained alongside American saxophonists Pee Wee Ellis (saxophonist with James Brown and Van Morrison) and Andy Snitzer (Paul Simon, The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Aretha Franklin and Christina Aguilera to name just a few) plus internationally acclaimed jazz saxophonist Andy Sheppard. Kim’s vocal style has been influenced by the great Billie Holiday together with a wide range of vocalists including Imelda May and Caro Emerald.

Zoë Schwarz

Zoë was classically trained and a graduate in the ‘Performing Arts’ from Trent Park, Middlesex University.Zoë then performed in many guises over the following years, mostly in modern improvisational and classical music; including working with Keith Tippet, Scott Stromen, Harrison Birtwistle and Emma Kirkby.It soon became clear that her forte was far more suited to blues, expressive ballads and jazz.
